• Los Niños de la Calle Con Wendy Foundation is different from many charitable organizations in that its services are provided directly and in person. The Foundation does not just pay for shoes for the children in a Tijuana orphanage; volunteers take the children individually to a nearby shoe store to choose and fit their new shoes. The Foundation also funds all administrative expenses through donations. Volunteers donate their time, professional skills, vehicles and incidental personal expenses.

• You are welcome at any event or activity of the Foundation. Your commitment can be as little as a single event on one day or as much as participation on the Foundation board with a role in all activities. Volunteer roles come in many forms. You are very likely to find something you enjoy doing that will make life better for the people the Foundation serves.
